Payments
When booking an appointment the client accepts that any cancellations and rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours’ notice. If notice is given prior to 24hrs, a full refund will then be issued. It is further understood that a cancel/reschedule of an appointment with less than 24-hour’s notice, will result in a £10 charge. Non attendance without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
A deposit is required to secure the booking and full payment must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment.
